Deep audit of where you are. Business model, revenue mix, positioning, market, team (if applicable), personal capacity. We set the ambitious but honest six-month target — and map the exact route to it. Nothing vague. Everything specific.
The hard work. Systems built and live. Positioning implemented in your marketing and outreach. Pipeline generating. Delivery streamlined. This is the period where the most changes happen — and where accountability matters most.
What's working gets doubled down on. What isn't gets cut or fixed. Hiring decisions. Offer expansion. Revenue diversification. By month six, the business runs with considerably more momentum and considerably less of your constant input.

What I need from you
Six months is a significant commitment. I take on a small number of Ascend clients at any one time because this level of engagement requires real bandwidth — from both of us.
I need you to show up to sessions prepared. To act on what we agree rather than thinking about it. To be honest about what's working and what isn't, rather than managing your image with me. The people who get the most from this programme are the ones who treat it like the investment it is — not a subscription they're passively receiving.
